Bass Side Keyboard Information

This is the bass side of a 104 key concertina. This is a key of 'C' concertina. The circles represent the buttons. The larger number at the bottom is the number that is stamped on the actual concertina. The note on the left side of the button is the note that is played during draw. The note on the right side of the button is the note that is played during press. The small number below the note is the octave range. The inverted 'V' above the note on the right side of the button indicates a press note. The notes on the bass side of a key of 'C' concertina range from G1 to A4.

Chords are made by playing 3 buttons at the same time. A G MAJOR chord is made by playing the 2-3-4 buttons while pressing the bellows together. The G BASS is button 1 press. A D 7th chord is made by playing the 2-3-8 buttons while drawing the bellows apart. The D BASS button is 1 draw. An F MAJOR chord is made by playing the 7-3/4-0 buttons while pressing. The F BASS is button 2/0 press. A C MAJOR chord is made by playing the 4-3-2/3 draw. The C BASS is button 0 draw.
