This is an Echo quadruple reed concertina. This instrument belongs to Virgil "Butch" Herrmann of Belle Plaine, MN. The concertina was built in 1985 by Stan Uhlir of Minneapolis. It's a B-flat with long plate reeds. The Echo Concertina is now being made by Bob Novak of Lake Elmo, Minnesota.
